Mission

The mission of Reading the Lights is to help individuals reach greater understanding of themselves and others not only by mapping and elucidating physical influences on the mind and body but also through spiritual growth and insight.

Experience

Astrologer Lori Lynn has been studying the holy science for more than 30 years and has been devoted to spiritual growth her entire life. She is a credentialed and skilled coach with more than 26 years of accountability, experience, and employment in public secondary and higher education institutions. As a coach and astrologer, she will draw on decades of experience with divination, spiritual gifts, education, and formal learning, all focused on helping you learn and evolve with insight and knowledge. Her background is Christian, but her paths have diversified and expanded to include the wisdom of many sacred texts and teachers from around the world.

Diversity

Many different disciplines, practices, and teachings are used to inform and educate individuals about their unique potential and evolution. While the main iconography and motifs are from Western astrology, the insights used to help you will come from the field of psychology and spiritual teachings — from social scientists and psychologists like Carl Jung to religious writings like the New Testament, the Tao Te Ching, and Vedic teachings.

Care

This work has been prayerfully and humbly undertaken to offer support and guidance to people who are discovering and creating their unique spiritual identity. The goal is to help you along the path of your sacred journey and never to replace your will or innate wisdom. Your voice is paramount. What astrology and coaching offer is perspective. The goal is to provide that perspective with compassion and respect for your autonomy and independence.

While some services must come with a cost so that they can be provided with the highest quality, many of the resources remain free and open.
